Rosalie Urselmann

Biography

VoyEdge was founded by Rosalie Urselmann in 2007. She gained more than 10 years of experience, as a technical business consultant, in business as well as government. Within her management and business development functions, Rosalie always focused on international knowledge exchange and lived for several years in Silicon Valley.

In university she already started with the organization of a study tour and has been able to keep on doing this during her jobs at KPN, Xantic and the Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency. In 2005 she decided to quit her other activities and fully focus on organizing high quality international business study trips for delegations from businesses, government organizations and research- and educational institutes. Because of a growing need from these delegations, she started the company VoyEdge in 2007.

After her jobs in the telecommunications industry at KPN and Xantic, she lived, studied and worked in Silicon Valley for several years. Her knowledge about and her network in Silicon Valley are now a strong edge in organizing study trips to this global Center of Excellence.

Because of her broad experience, interests and extensive network both nationally and internationally, Rosalie’s strength and focus consist of thoroughly researching the interesting subjects and themes of the client and based on this research setting up an intensive program to a best-practice region in the world for the client’s managers, employees, business partners or clients. With her organizational talent she also takes care of the practical issues of the program. Because of her wide experience in guiding a group during the trip, she is well aware of the importance for the participants to find a way not only during but also after the trip to translate the gained knowledge, ideas and inspiration of the program into their own organizations. With her focus on people and quality she makes sure this (group) process of substantiating ideas gets the appropriate attention both during and after the trip.
