Research

VoyEdge researches relevant developments, organizations and experts in your work field and at the possible destinations of the trip.

VoyEdge has intakes with the participants to get a clear view on the expectations, challenges and wishes.

Preparation

Based on our research - and in collaboration with our client - we develop a draft program. We organize this program with the help of our worldwide network. Next to the content of the program, we also make sure the logistics are arranged perfectly.

A month before departure the participants can find more information on their own specific website with information about the program, backgrounds, speakers and the other participants. A week before the trip we organize a kick-off event and participants also receive a (digital) program guide.

Trip

During the trip, the VoyEdge facilitator takes care of daily briefings, logistics, payments, photo's and films and monitors the quality of meetings. Participants can therefor totally focus on the meetings themselves.

VoyEdge also facilitates sessions (in collaboration with the client) to further translate the inspiration and insights into actions when arriving back home.
